P2ACH AI — Vision AI Privacy Notice

P2ACH AI is the data controller for the Vision AI processing described in this notice. We process data to analyse visitor activity and advertising effectiveness and to provide statistics for service operations.

Data is processed and stored within the country where the site is located. Data collected at EU sites is not transferred outside the EU.

Original video and image frames are analysed in memory on edge devices and deleted immediately after analysis. They are not persistently stored by the P2ACH AI Vision AI product.

• Local Re-ID data and identifiers on edge devices are deleted at midnight in the site's local time.
• Pre-aggregation event data sent to servers for advertising and media analytics and Re-ID is deleted no later than 180 days after generation. The same limit applies to backups and replicas; copying data does not restart the retention period.

Midnight deletion applies to local edge data, not to events already transmitted to servers. Access restrictions and transmission encryption are used to protect the data.

Depending on applicable law and its conditions and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
