  • 2025.10.31

P2ACH AI, a specialized provider of AI-based media effect analysis and retail solutions, announced on the 28th that it signed a business partnership agreement for a Hotel Digital Transformation (DX) Project with Hoshino Resorts, Japan’s leading luxury resort group, in mid-October. This collaboration is drawing significant industry attention as it marks a full-scale adoption of South Korean AI technology by a premier Japanese hospitality firm to drive operational innovation.

P2ACH AI has been at the forefront of digital transformation across Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, retail, and the tourism/hospitality sectors through its Vision AI and AI-driven customer analytics. With this partnership, the company is expected to accelerate its global expansion. P2ACH AI is widely recognized for its excellence in personalized customer behavior analysis, real-time tracking of dwell time, congestion, and inventory, as well as its AI marketing automation solutions.

Hoshino Resorts is a globally acclaimed industry leader operating over 50 premium hotels, hot springs, and resorts in Japan and overseas. Known for its innovative services and unique operating models that reflect local cultures, the synergy between Hoshino’s operational expertise and P2ACH AI’s technology is highly anticipated.

Under the goal of revolutionizing hotel operations, the two companies will co-develop and deploy intelligent services, including:

- Wait-line counting and queue management

- Stock-out analysis for lounges and backrooms

- Facility congestion analysis

- Offline AI marketing services

By combining P2ACH AI’s sophisticated On-Device AI analysis engine with Hoshino Resorts’ deep operational know-how, the project aims to digitize and automate on-site data in real-time. This integration is expected to significantly enhance both guest experience and operational efficiency.

The project will initially launch at three flagship Hoshino Resorts properties, with a phased expansion to all hotels under the group following a performance verification period. Key solutions such as automated occupancy counting and real-time inventory monitoring will serve as core elements in boosting tangible operational productivity. Furthermore, the inclusion of features to increase visitor satisfaction and provide tailored on-site AI marketing will further elevate the quality of hotel services.

"This collaboration with Hoshino Resorts, a representative icon of Japanese hospitality, is a pivotal starting point for leading AI-driven service innovation in the global hotel and resort industry," said a spokesperson for P2ACH AI. "We are committed to accelerating the expansion of services that contribute to the future of the global hospitality industry through AI."
